Growing up is tough–we know because we’ve been there! In the midst of constant change and self-exploration, it’s important to have a useful tool kit to navigate this transformative time. Divine offers a yoga class ideal for teens, and focuses on teaching these youngish yogis how to positively relieve stress, and increase focus and clarity while encouraging growth and confidence. In this class we work on techniques to improve balance, coordination, and concentration.
