YOD (yoga + hiit)

YOD (Your Own Determination) was developed at the Minnesota Power Yoga Studio and is designed to address all aspects of your physical fitness while also incorporating mindfulness. Our instructors guide students through a powerful yoga practice, followed by a sweaty HIIT workout, concluding with a juicy cool down. The dualistic properties of physicality and mentality is what makes the YOD practice a transformative tool in both your physical fitness routine and yoga practice. This 60 minute class is taught in a heated room, partnered with motivational music. To relieve tension, we offer an optional neck massage during savasana.
