Terms + Policies

 

MEMBERSHIPS:

Yoga memberships are set up with worry-free auto pay and have a minimum two month commitment. We require 30 day notice before your next billing date to cancel/downgrade a membership. Memberships may not be “paused”. However, a membership can be upgraded at any time. Unused classes do not carry over to the next month. Massage memberships require a minimum six month commitment. 

NO-SHOW POLICY:

Please note that any no-shows for an appointment are subject to the charge of the full rate of the scheduled service.

TIMLINESS:

Please arrive to the studio on time and be ready to go at the start of the scheduled class time.

UNPLUGGED:

We ask that you please leave cell phones and other electronic devices outside of the studio space.

NEW STUDENT WAIVER:

I agree to take classes (virtual/on-site) and workshops at Divine Yoga,  LLC and I accept full responsibility for performing only the movements and activities that support and do not jeopardize my health and well-being by participating in these classes.

I understand that any physical activity can carry a risk of injury and I alone am responsible to decide whether to participate in any of the classes offered by Divine Yoga, LLC. I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have for Divine Yoga, LLC and its instructors for injury or damages that I may sustain by participating.

I understand that upon entering any public building, there are risks, and I will not hold Divine Yoga, LLC liable for any harm or injury obtained to me in or around the perimeters by any type of scenario within or outside the class I am attending.

I understand that Divine Yoga, LLC is a public facility in which airborne viruses may be present. I agree that I will not hold Divine Yoga, LLC liable for any illness which may be contracted by visiting a public facility and being in proximity with others, and for any allergic reactions to airborne remnants of cleaning solutions within the studio.

I understand that Divine Yoga, LLC and it’s instructors are not diagnosing, prescribing, or treating. I agree to consult a doctor or medical professional about a state of pathology, dysfunction, or pain, and to advise my instructors about such concerns. I understand that prior to beginning any physical activity; I should consult with a medical professional.

I also understand I am responsible for the security of my belongings and should not bring valuables into the studio. 

I further grant Divine Yoga, LLC, it’s representative and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the above identified classes. I authorize Divine Yoga, LLC, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the photographs of me with or with out my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

FULL TERMS:

The health and safety of our community is our top priority, and we ask for your assistance in keeping yourself and others safe and healthy. Divine Yoga, LLC is taking steps to protect our community and in addition, there are steps whereby each person can take charge of their own health and wellness inside our studio. We look forward to continuing to provide a safe and healthy yoga/massage environment to our community. We believe yoga and massage are a safe and wonderful way to stay healthy. We hope that you will continue your services with us, keeping our community thriving and strong.

  1. Stay Home if you exhibit flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, or breathing difficulties.

  2. Cleaning: We will be making every effort to keep our studio and massage room clean by sanitizing with isopropyl alcohol. Our focus will include door handles, floors, countertops, bathroom fixtures, and often touched areas several times a day. All linens and blankets will be laundered after every appointment. We encourage you to wash your hands often.

  3. Props: All studio props will be temporarily suspended from public use. Please bring your own mat and whatever else you may need to support you in your practice. We will have props available for purchase at the studio. Massage bolsters will also be wiped down with isopropyl alcohol after every appointment.

  4. Registration: Students will be required to register for all classes through our website www.divinepoweryoga.net at least 30 minutes prior to arriving at the studio. All payments should be processed through the website as well. This will help to protect the students and staff throughout the check-in process. Massage clients will be asked to call the studio for an appointment. This will allow us proper scheduling time between clients for required cleaning

  5. Arriving at the Studio: To allow enough time to ensure proper cleaning the studio doors will not open until 15 minutes prior to the start of class and all massage appointments will have to end on time. All massage clients should arrive as close to their appointment time as possible.

  6. Size of Classes and Cancellations: We will be limited our class sizes to 8 students upon opening. If you register for the class or make an appointment and then cannot make it, please be sure to cancel your reservation 60 minutes prior to the start time. Any no-shows for classes will be charged a $15.00 fee for non-cancellations. Any no-shows for massage appointments will be charged for the full service.

  7. PPE: A mask must be worn at all times within the building. A mask will be required while lying supine on the massage table. We reserve the right to check everyone's temperatures as they enter the building.

  8. Placement of Mats: Safe distancing practices are in order. Our studio floors are marked off to ensure that mats are 6-8 feet apart. Please note dedicated entrances, exits, and directional walkways.

  9. Lost/Left Behind Articles: Divine Yoga, LLC is not responsible for any personal items left behind at the studio.
