This workshop takes astrology and looks at it from the perspective of personal growth, leading you to find ways you can direct your focus on your journey to self awareness, and connecting your chart to your yoga practice.

In this workshop we will use your birth date, time, and location to pull you planetary placements and create your unique natal chart! From there, you’ll learn more about the sign you most connect with, where your strengths and opportunities for growth lie, and how to take that intentionality forward in your practice in your life!

This workshop does not include a yoga practice, but be ready to practice your personal power pose at the end! Come prepared with the time and city you were born in.
